These were included in "At the Violet Hour", a show about TS Eliot's 'The Waste Land' at the Nayland Rock Hotel, Margate, in 2018. The fragmentary nature of the poem, with its swerves in setting, narrator and technique, is reflected in the variety and multiplicity of the works on paper, depicting the sordid and the luminous in different media and styles. They are part of my book, 'On Margate Sands', launched at Paul Stolper Gallery in November 2018.
